Many of our seminars are open to all doctors of chiropractic and chiropractic students who are actively enrolled in chiropractic college.
The CHFA Advanced Trainings are private, CHFA Doctor only training events which are reserved for a smaller, select group of DCs who Dr. Fenell has chosen to work with on the most advanced extremity adjusting techniques. Chiropractors who wish to become more versed in both basic and and advanced procedural application of extremity adjusting technique and patient case management are welcome to inquire about the CHFA private training program.
